Our doctors are also university professors and leading scientific researchers who regularly publish academic papers and remain at the forefront of technologies and innovations in their respective fields of expertise. These renowned physicians are available to Pure Serenity members, providing support whenever needed and on any medical matter.

Our headquarters are based in Paris, where we have access to ultra-modern hospital facilities. We also have partnerships with doctors, specialists and hospitals in other European capitals and elsewhere around the world.

As soon as they join our Family Office, each member gains access to a dedicated medical team available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through genuine, human interaction rather than virtual communication.

Depending on the options they have selected, each member may benefit from:

• A detailed and documented medical profile. When necessary, our medical team can liaise with each member's treating physicians to ensure continuity and a complete understanding of their medical history.
• Preventive care: our medical team proactively monitors each member through regular and comprehensive health assessments, preventive medical consultations and regular telephone follow-ups.
• Emergency assistance for any medical issue, anywhere in the world.
• Curative care: when faced with a medical condition, it is essential to avoid medical wandering and delays in diagnosis or treatment. Pure Serenity accompanies each member throughout their medical journey, from A to Z, relieving them of all the administrative, technical, logistical and financial constraints associated with their care. This allows the patient to focus entirely on their treatment and recovery.

Our challenge: fighting medical wandering

When faced with a medical condition, particularly a serious one, people can initially feel helpless and alone under the weight of stress: Who should I consult? Where can I find the best specialist and the best treatment? How quickly? How can I regain my health, and at what cost?

Other questions may arise even in the absence of any known medical condition: Am I really in good health? What kind of health check-up should I have at my age?

Pure Serenity is here to answer these questions and guide each member throughout their medical journey, ensuring access to the best treatment at the best possible value.

And concretely?

We take care of managing the urgent aspects of the medical journey:

• Rapid access to a dedicated and available medical team, with whom members can interact directly through genuine human communication rather than virtual exchanges.
• Logistical organization: medical appointments arranged as quickly as possible, seamless medical coordination, home hospitalization, etc.
• Administrative management of the entire medical journey: prescriptions, healthcare forms and insurance matters.
• Confidential storage of the member's complete medical records.

Upon request, additional services are available, including medical evacuation by air, airport assistance, private ambulance services, transportation during treatment, accommodation, visa procedures, assistance in obtaining medical insurance, and interpreter services.

At what cost?

We seek to provide our members with the best possible value for money. Our rates are highly competitive and bear little resemblance to the costs typically charged in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, or by certain institutions in Paris and elsewhere in Europe.

Our most exclusive package, priced at €50,000 per year per person, is by no means extravagant considering that it includes, among other benefits:

• A comprehensive health check-up every six months, enabling us to establish an exhaustive medical profile for each member and help prevent certain medical conditions.
• Individualized and proactive medical monitoring: each member benefits from a multidisciplinary medical committee assembled according to their medical profile to review and assess their medical records. This committee is led by a dedicated lead physician who serves as the patient's single point of contact. This physician takes a proactive approach, with regular communication, in-person and online consultations whenever needed, and advice focused on disease prevention. The interaction is genuine and interpersonal, between human beings rather than through virtual systems.
• A guarantee of assistance, in case of a medical condition, within the shortest possible timeframe and with the best specialists, in accordance with the highest standards of medical practice, the latest research and the most advanced technologies.
• Emergency assistance for any medical issue anywhere in the world.
• Secure management of the patient's medical history.

All included healthcare services are free of charge and unlimited, including consultations, prescriptions, preventive care (disease screening, monitoring of biological parameters, routine laboratory tests, vaccinations, routine dental, ophthalmological and dermatological care, etc.). These services can be provided in Paris, directly at the member's hotel, at the patient's home, in hospital, or in other European capitals where we have privileged partnerships with leading institutions, such as La Charité Hospital in Berlin.

Certain curative treatments — including surgical procedures, hospitalization, chemotherapy, medication, and specific dental treatments — are not included in this package. However, they are provided at the best possible value for money and billed separately based on an individual quotation.
